for a very special evening celebrating our shared Scandinavian traditions.

Sourdough bread & licorice butter
Crayfish bisque, crayfish tails, cognac cream
Choice of three entrées:
Beef • Grilled skirt steak, onion ragout, bacon, red wine potato puree
Salmon • Pan-seared wild king salmon, shrimp, saffron tomato ragout, potato purée
Vegetarian • Broccolini, saffron tomato ragout, potato purée

World renowned artist and historian Pieper Bloomquist will be flying in from North Dakota for this event to present on the art of Dalmålning (Rosemaling), the beloved folk painting traditions of Scandinavia.

Scandinavian Wine Tasting
A selection of fabulous Scandinavian wines will be on hand for tasting throughout the evening.

A selection of Scandinavian coffees from Nordic Brew will be available after dinner, featuring coffees from roasters across Scandinavia.
