Traditional Celebration Lunch Menu by Chef Pelle:
Poached Salmon in a Delicate Lemon Butter Sauce,
New Boiled Potatoes, & Fresh Asparagus,Finished with Fresh Strawberries & Whipped Cream.
Since this year’s 17th of May celebration falls on a Saturday, the event will also be open to children. In keeping with Norwegian tradition, kids will be served hot dogs and ice cream. In Norway, the 17th of May is often called Barnas Dag— the Children's Day — and we look forward to honoring this special tradition.
There will also be a Eurovision watch party after the luncheon, free of charge for all attendants at the Syttende Mai Lunsj.
