    Welcome to Spring 2023 Event!

    Farewell to Special Guest Chef Knut Tau Hatlestad!


    The Official first day of Spring this year will occur on Monday, March 20th at 2:24PM (PST)! 

    The ancient Vikings celebrated "Disting" as a traditional festival marking the arrival of Spring.  It was a time for giving thanks for the blessings of the past year and making plans for the future!  

    Join us this evening as we also Honor our Special Guest Chef Knut Tau Hatlestad!  We bid him a Fond Farewell as he will be returning to Norway after this Special Event!

    Come and experience world-class cuisine and a meal extraordinaire this evening at the Club!  As always, family and friends are most welcome!


    Takeout: Pick-up from 4:00pm to 5:30pm.
    Dine-In: The bar will open for cocktails at 6:00pm,
    Dinner served at 7:30pm.

    Men's Dress Code: Jacket, Shirt, and Tie.

    Ladies:  Cocktail attire. 


    Registration is required by 9:00am on Wednesday, 3/29/23

    Dinner Menu: 

    Starter: Knuts Cioppino with Rosemary Aioli

    Menu option A: Kumle (potato ball) with bacon, salted meat

    Menu option B: Salmon fillet with basil-cream sauce

    Dessert: Homemade crème caramel


    Note 1: To sign up for a fish option and a meat option, the Member has to sign up twice: Once for the fish option, and once for the meat option.

    Note 2: When adding Guest meals to the signup, the Guest meals will be the same as the Member's selection. To sign up for different options for Guests, the Member needs to sign up two times: Once for the fish option, and once for the meat option.

    Sørlands Dinner - Family Night!


    Join us at the Club this evening for a great Family Night!

    Learn all about the fascinating Sørlandet, the South of Norway, and enjoy the delicious local food from the exciting "Norwegian Riviera" and eat like Norwegians do during their summer vacation while hearing a family friendly presentation.

    The Heroes of Telemark Event!


    Join us for an incredible evening recounting the story of the famous sabotage operation at Telemark during WWII!

    Club member and historian, Norman Ronnenberg will present full, vivid details of how Norwegian Resistance fighters sabotaged the Nazi-controlled Vemork Norsk Hydro plant in Rjukan, where heavy water needed to manufacture an Atomic bomb was produced!

      This promises to be a truly exciting event, full of historic facts and photos displaying the incredible courage behind this pivotal and successful sabotage operation on February 27, 1942!
