The west coast of Norway has a cuisine all its own, and this Thursday, Knut Tau Hatlestad will serve some of its finest dishes in a one-night-only, four-course gourmet dinner at the Norwegian Club.

First Course:
Lobsterbisque with a little crunch
Second Course:
Fillet of green pea pure, creamy caviar and chive sauce
Third Course:
A modern take on sosekjøtt
Dessert:
Lingonberry tart with homemade ice cream
