Creamy Norwegian cod soup w Atlantic shrimp dill & chives 

Roast beets w goat cheese crisp prosciutto & a balsamic blackberry vinaigrette. 


Fresh Mint & mustard crusted new Zeeland lamb chop w wild mushroom risotto
main lobster stuffed Petrale sole w saffron butter & salmon row roasted asparagus

Crème caramel w fresh berry compote & almond cream
