Join us at the Norwegian Club for a World-famous Lutefisk dinner!!
Lutefisk (lye fish) is traditionally part of the Christmas Feast and is made of air-dried whitefish (or dried and salted cod). It is cured in lye and gelatinous in texture after being rehydrated for days prior to eating.
Come and start the Christmas Festivities early and enjoy traditional Lutefisk served with boiled potatoes, melted butter and pieces of fried bacon - and plenty of fellowship and cheer! As always, family and friends are very welcome!
