Recover from the Nordlands party in style!
Join a few of the fellow club members (Jerry, Lars, Doug, and more) on Sundays as we take a dip in the cold waters of Aquatic Cove.
It's quite an invigorating experience, with Wim Hof-style-style breathing exercises and meditation before we leap into the cold waters for an optional swim.
We meet every Sunday at the Aquatic Park bleachers, after which we descend to the beach to breathe, meditate, then plunge into the water!
It's a feeling you won't forget!
Optional go out for lunch and HOT coffee afterwards.
