Mardi Gras may be cancelled this year, but it can't stop Norwegian Club members from enjoying a Cajun inspired feast! 
A delicious 3-course dinner for only $25! 

Dinner Pick-up will be available from 4:00pm - 6:00pm.

Starter: Vegetable Split Pea Soup. 

Main: Cajun Grilled Salmon with Saffron Lemon Butter. 

Dessert: Chef's choice...always delicious

Pelle will continue to make from scratch many of the beloved Norwegian traditional foods,  available for the Norwegian Club members to purchase.

• Akvavit fennel cured salmon sold by the pound, vacuum packed and sliced with a sweet mustard dill sauce: $25 per lb
