Enjoy Chef Pelle's amazing Prime Rib in your own home and get the holiday season started. Or, if Prime Rib is not your favorite dinner, enjoy the Chef's Choice of Fish! 
3-course dinner for only $30.

Pick-up will be available from 4:00pm - 6:00pm.

Menu: Choice between Slow-roasted Prime Rib or Chef's Choice of Fish

Starter:  Vegetable White bean soup

Main Course Option 1: Slow-roasted prime rib with horseradish & cabernet jus

Main Course Option 2: Chef's choice of fish

Dessert: Cream puffs with almond cream & berries

Pelle is preparing from scratch many of the must-have Norwegian Christmas traditions and making them available for the Norwegian Club members to purchase.   • Akvavit fennel cured salmon sold by the pound, vacuum packed and sliced with a sweet mustard dill sauce: $24 per lb
  • Herring sold in half pint or full pint glasses: $20 per pint, $10 per half-pint

Note 1: To sign up for a fish option and a beef option, the member has to sign up twice, once for the fish option and once for the beef option.

Note 2: When adding Guest meals to the signup, the Guest meals will be the same as the main meal choice. To sign up for multiple options for your guests the member needs to sign up two times; once for the fish option and once for the beef option.

Note 3: Please note that it is not possible to accommodate changes to the dinner selection after signing up for a specific meal choice.
