Join us  for another one of  Chef Pelle's beloved dinners in your own home! Go for the Grilled Tri-Tip or enjoy our Chef's choice of fish! 
A delicious 3-course dinner for only $25! 

Did you know for many years Tri-tip was not commonly known outside of California? A butcher in Santa Maria, CA is credited for popularizing the cut in the 1950s after he started grilling it instead of selling it ground.  Since there's only two tri-tips per cow, most thought it was a waste to display it.  Let's be grateful and enjoy this "discovery"!

Pick-up will be available from 4:00pm - 6:00pm Thursday

Registration is required by Noon the Tuesday prior to Dinner.



Menu Choice:  A) Herb and Pepper Grilled Tri-Tip, or B)  Chef's Choice of fish

Soup:  Fish with Fresh Fennel, Tomato, and Saffron. 

Main Course Option 1: 

Herb & pepper grilled Tri Tip w garlic parsley butter & roasted vegetables

Main Course Option 2:  

Chef's Choice of Market fresh Fish

Dessert: Chef's choice...always delicious



Pelle will continue to make from scratch many of the beloved Norwegian traditional foods,  available for the Norwegian Club members to purchase.

  • Akvavit fennel cured salmon sold by the pound, vacuum packed and sliced with a sweet mustard dill sauce: $25 per lb
  • Herring sold in half pint or full pint glasses: $20 per pint, $10 per half-pint
    • Onion dill herring
    • Mustard herring
    • Tomato cherry herring
    • Curry herring
    • Caviar chive herring

Note 1: To sign up for a fish option and a beef/meat option, the member has to sign up twice, once for the fish option and once for the beef/meat option.

Note 2: When adding Guest meals to the signup, the Guest meals will be the same as the main meal choice. To sign up for multiple options for your guests the member needs to sign up two times; once for the fish option and once for the beef option.

Note 3: Please note that it is not possible to accommodate changes to the dinner selection after signing up for a specific meal choice.
